1. Bookings & Confirmation

Confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
Initial meet-and-greet required for new clients.
Dates are secured only after form completion.

2. Payment Terms

Remaining balance due on the first day of service.
Payments accepted via EFT or cash.
Invoice provided upon confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations 7 days in advance.
50% deposit forfeited for changes within 48 hours.
No refunds for early returns.

4. Pet Health & Safety

Vaccinations and flea/tick treatments must be current.
Medical conditions must be disclosed upfront.
Vet contact required for emergency authorization.

5. Home Access & Security

Secure access via keys or codes must be arranged.
Keys are handled with strict safety and privacy.
Your home’s security is our highest priority while you are away.
